That's when the NZ Winter Solstice will be .... then the days start getting longer - yay! So by the time I wake up on Wednesday morning the Earth will be turning closer to the Sun for us in the Southern hemisphere

Thats a pretty fabulous picture there! I for one am just glad we are halfway through winter!
